The themes explored in this program come from my 12+ years of clinical work with women in holistic mental health and my doctoral research in counselling psychology. Through this work, I recognized a vital element missing from many women’s transformation journeys: reconnection with their Goddess Energy—their feminine power, wisdom & life-force. As I brought Goddess work into my private practice, women shared that this was what they had been yearning for—a missing piece that created real impact and profound transformation in their lives.
