1. About These Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of drrameet.com, including its public pages, forms, accounts, course areas, digital content, programs, workshops, personal program coaching/mentorship, and related offerings.
The website and offerings are provided by Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc., operating publicly as Dr. Rameet Singh (“Dr. Rameet,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing or participating in an offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.
A purchase is also governed by the applicable sales page or program description, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Privacy & Cookies Policy, the terms presented at checkout, and any specific written agreement for that offering. If specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility
Paid offerings are intended for adults aged 18 or older who are legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and participation in an offering are lawful and appropriate in your location.
3. Offerings Covered
These Terms may apply to digital courses, prerecorded programs, meditations, audio and video resources, ebooks, downloads, recorded workshops, and separately purchased private personal program coaching/mentorship sessions.
The sales page or other written description identifies what is included, the delivery format, access period, price, currency, payment schedule, technical requirements, dates or session deadlines, and important exclusions. Please review that information before purchasing.
4. Digital Program Purchases
Digital-program purchases provide access to the content and resources described on the relevant program sales page. Before purchasing, review what is included, the total price, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, access terms, and refund policy.
Blink is the Merchant of Record for digital-program purchases processed through Blink. Blink is the seller for those transactions and handles payment processing, applicable tax calculation, collection and remittance, receipts, and the transaction refund process under its applicable buyer terms. Its authority applies to the transaction it processes. Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc. provides the program content, delivery, access and support.
Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc. remains responsible for program content, delivery, access, customer support, intellectual property, and its supplier obligations. Third-party wallets, financing providers, banks, and card issuers may apply their own terms and currency or financing fees.
Optional Program Coaching/Mentorship Add-On
Gold Goddess is an optional six-session program coaching/mentorship add-on for True Feminine Rising, supporting participants in understanding, applying, and integrating the program teachings. It is available only in connection with the program, subject to suitability and availability, and has an additional fee.
The add-on is provided directly by Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc., with payment processed separately through Stripe, outside the digital program’s Merchant of Record transaction. Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc. is responsible for mentorship delivery, billing, applicable taxes, receipts, cancellations, credits, and refunds. See Section 13 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full add-on terms.
5. Prices, Orders, and Taxes
Digital-program purchases through Blink are charged in USD. Eligible regional discounts and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Your bank or card provider may convert the charge to your account currency and apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
Prices and currencies are displayed on the relevant sales and checkout pages and may change for future purchases. A later price change will not increase the price of a purchase already made, including the total price or agreed installments of an existing payment plan. You will not be required to pay more for that purchase because of a later price change.
Before completing an order, you should have an opportunity to review the offering, total price, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and billing information, correct errors, and accept or decline the applicable terms.
Applicable transaction taxes will be shown at the relevant checkout or on the invoice and handled as required by law. For direct program mentorship sales, Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc. is responsible for any required collection and remittance; Stripe processing alone does not transfer that responsibility to Stripe. You must provide accurate identity, billing, location, and tax information and must not use false information or technical methods to evade taxes or geographic restrictions.
6. Payment Plans and Failed Payments
If a checkout offers a fixed installment plan, selecting it authorizes the complete payment schedule shown before purchase. Unless the checkout expressly says otherwise, a fixed installment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription. Stopping participation does not by itself cancel amounts already authorized or lawfully due.
If a payment fails, the authorized payment method may be retried, updated payment information may be required, and the service covered by that payment may be paused until payment is resolved. A failed program mentorship installment does not by itself suspend a separately paid digital program; a failed digital-program installment does not by itself forfeit separately paid program mentorship. Any payment-plan, cancellation, or renewal terms presented by the Merchant of Record or other checkout provider also apply.
7. Digital Delivery and Access
Unless a product page states otherwise, courses and digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped. Delivery may occur through a WordPress account, course or membership portal, email, secure download link, video or audio platform, or another designated provider.
Unless another start date is stated, access generally begins after successful payment or authorization and creation of the applicable account or access permission. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking spam, junk, and promotions folders, maintaining access to that email, and promptly reporting missing access.
For access assistance, email [email protected] with your name, purchase email, order number, program name, a description of the issue, and relevant screenshots. We generally respond within 24 to 72 hours.
8. Immediate Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights
For purchases processed through a Merchant of Record, the customer terms and refund provisions presented or linked at checkout apply. If those provisions conflict with these Terms or our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Merchant of Record’s applicable customer terms take priority for that transaction to the extent of the conflict. Our policies otherwise continue to apply.
Any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital content remain subject to applicable law. Where immediate digital delivery requires express consent and an acknowledgement concerning withdrawal rights, those requirements must be satisfied before delivery begins. Nothing in these Terms or the checkout terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. “Lifetime Access”
If an offering is described as including “lifetime access,” it means access for the lifetime of that program while it continues to be offered, hosted, and supported by Dr. Rameet Singh. It does not mean access for the customer’s natural lifetime and does not guarantee that a particular website, plugin, membership system, hosting provider, delivery platform, or bonus will remain available indefinitely.
We may update, migrate, replace, or discontinue delivery technology. Where reasonably possible, we will provide updated instructions or a reasonable alternative following a material migration. Customers should securely save any downloads that are expressly made available for permanent personal use.
10. Accounts and Personal Use
Accounts, downloads, program access, support calls, and registrations are personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, transferred, sublicensed, or assigned without written permission.
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your password and devices, restricting access to your account, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account has been compromised, shared, or misused.
11. Technical Requirements and Availability
You are responsible for a compatible device, current browser, reliable internet connection, valid email account, appropriate audio or video capability, and software required to open common file formats.
Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, updates, security work, hosting or internet outages, provider failures, or events outside our reasonable control. A short interruption does not automatically create a refund right. If a material problem continues and cannot reasonably be corrected, contact us for review.
If you experience an accessibility-related difficulty, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to identify an available accommodation or alternate format.
12. Program and Platform Updates
We may update content, design, lesson order, workbooks, audio, video, platform technology, support procedures, or delivery methods to improve quality, clarity, accessibility, security, or compatibility. Material components of a completed purchase will not be removed arbitrarily, but platforms, formats, and discretionary bonuses may change.
13. Six-Session Personal Program Coaching/Mentorship Add-On
Gold Goddess provides six private 60-minute virtual program coaching/mentorship sessions with Dr. Rameet Singh. This optional add-on is available only to support participation in True Feminine Rising, helping participants understand, apply, and integrate its teachings through personal reflection and guidance. The sessions provide educational, non-clinical support; they do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. The additional fee and separate Stripe payment arrangements, outside the digital program’s Merchant of Record transaction, are explained in Section 4.
All six sessions must be completed within seven calendar months of the program mentorship purchase date, meaning the date of the first successful program mentorship payment, including for installments. This deadline is separate from the digital-program purchase date and access period. Later installments do not restart the deadline. A written extension may be approved for an emergency or exceptional circumstance.
Book by emailing [email protected]. Sessions are subject to availability; arrange appointments early enough to complete them within the use period. You may have up to three future sessions booked at one time. Any confirmed appointment time and time zone apply.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without forfeiture. Gold Goddess allows up to three penalty-free rescheduling requests with that notice. Additional requests may be declined or counted as used under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A late cancellation or no-show may count as a used session. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.
Eligible unused-session refunds, credits, permitted processing-cost deductions, and exceptions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The digital-program final-sale rule does not determine program mentorship refund eligibility. If Dr. Rameet cancels, a replacement appointment will be offered without penalty; if the purchased session cannot reasonably be provided, its unused value will be refunded without a processing-cost deduction, or credited if you choose.
14. Personal Program Coaching/Mentorship, Education, and Professional Background
The website offers digital education and holistic personal development, and optional personal program coaching/mentorship, including any complimentary exploration call. Private program coaching/mentorship is available only as direct support for the True Feminine Rising digital program. We do not offer separate coaching outside support for this program. The mentorship sessions help participants understand and apply the True Feminine Rising teachings to their individual experiences, needs, and intentions. They support the program journey and are purchased separately rather than being included in the digital-program package.
These offerings are not psychotherapy, psychological or psychiatric treatment, medical care, clinical assessment or diagnosis, trauma treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, or financial advice. Program Mentorship does not replace care from a qualified medical or mental-health professional. Do not stop treatment or change medication based on program mentorship or program content.
Dr. Rameet Singh’s education, professional registration, clinical experience, research, and other qualifications describe her background. For this personal program coaching/mentorship add-on she acts as a program mentor; the purchase does not engage her to provide psychotherapy or medical services. These service boundaries do not waive any professional or legal duties that apply to her conduct.
Program mentorship may discuss individual experiences, limiting patterns, and personal goals as they relate to understanding and applying the program teachings. It does not undertake diagnosis or treatment of a mental-health condition. If your needs require clinical care, program mentorship may be declined or paused and you may be encouraged to seek an appropriate qualified professional.
References to healing, energy, chakras, manifestation, or transformation describe holistic and personal-development ideas and experiences. They are not promises of a medical effect, cure, or guaranteed result.
15. Wellness, Safety, and Crisis Disclaimer
Offerings may include meditation, visualization, Feminine teachings, journaling, emotional reflection, and relationship exploration. These activities are offered for educational, holistic, reflective, wellness, and personal-development purposes.
Consult an appropriate physician, regulated mental-health professional, or other qualified professional before participating if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a trauma history or psychiatric diagnosis, are receiving psychological or psychiatric treatment, have a history of severe dissociation, experience suicidal thoughts, recently attempted suicide, or have concerns about the suitability of any activity.
Stop an activity and seek qualified help if you experience pain, dizziness, panic, disorientation, severe emotional distress, worsening symptoms, or another concerning reaction.
The website, email, programs, and personal program coaching/mentorship services are not monitored continuously and do not provide emergency response, suicide intervention, crisis-line services, medical or psychiatric assessment, or after-hours clinical care. They are not a substitute for clinical support during active psychosis, acute mania, severe depression, active self-harm risk, risk of harm to another person, severe substance withdrawal, or another psychiatric or medical emergency.
If you believe you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service immediately.
16. Personal Responsibility, No Guaranteed Results, and Testimonials
Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, health, safety, relationships, finances, professional decisions, use of the content, interpretation of program content, and determination of whether participation is appropriate. A program mentor does not make decisions for you.
Individual results vary. We do not promise or guarantee healing, improved mental health, relationship repair, emotional or personal transformation, financial gain, business success, employment, income, health outcomes, or any other particular result. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not promises, guarantees, or predictions of another person’s results.
17. Suitability and Boundaries
Dr. Rameet Singh may decline, pause, or end personal program coaching/mentorship if she reasonably believes program mentorship is not appropriate, clinical or emergency support is required, safety is a concern, boundaries are repeatedly violated, the relationship is no longer productive, or the participant materially breaches these Terms. The participant may be encouraged to seek another qualified professional.
Personal program coaching/mentorship sessions are not recorded unless a separate written consent process is agreed to in advance. This also applies to participant recordings, automated transcription, and AI meeting assistants.
If we end program mentorship because it is unsuitable or we cannot provide it, we will address eligible unused paid sessions under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Ending program mentorship does not automatically make unused payments non-refundable.
18. Intellectual Property and Licence
Unless otherwise stated, the website and offering content are owned by or licensed to Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc. Protected content may include videos, audio recordings, meditations, lessons, workbooks, journals, exercises, holistic personal-development practices, presentations, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, program names, website and email copy, downloads, workshop recordings, and course structures.
Purchase or authorized access gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your lawful, non-commercial personal development. Ownership is not transferred.
Without written permission, you may not copy, republish, share, sell, sublicense, publicly upload, teach, distribute, commercially exploit, create unauthorized derivative works or competing courses, record restricted sessions, remove ownership notices, scrape content, use content to train an artificial-intelligence system, misuse branding, or present the content as your own.
19. Acceptable Use and User Submissions
You may not use the website or offerings to violate a law or another person’s rights, harass or threaten anyone, transmit malware or spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, abuse payment-dispute processes, evade access restrictions, or damage the website.
If you submit a comment, testimonial, review, question, image, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it, it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, or infringing. We will obtain appropriate permission before using your name, image, testimonial, or identifying story in public marketing.
20. Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to payment providers, digital wallets, financing providers, course or membership platforms, email providers, video or social-media platforms, website plugins, analytics services, and external resources. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their approval decisions, availability, security, privacy practices, or performance.
21. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to describe offerings accurately and keep the website functional and secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the free public website and informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every resource is suitable for every person, or that third-party links will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc., Dr. Rameet Singh, and their service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss resulting solely from use of the free public website. Liability relating to a paid purchase is also governed by the applicable checkout and purchase terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, consumer right, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized distribution of content, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not assign to a consumer any liability that cannot legally be assigned.
23. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access because of non-payment, fraud, account sharing, security risk, harassment, copyright infringement, illegal activity, or material breach of these Terms. Suspension or termination does not automatically eliminate a valid outstanding payment obligation. A legitimate payment dispute or mandatory legal right will be honoured as required by law and the applicable provider’s decision.
24. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy & Cookies Policy. Electronic program mentorship and program platforms carry privacy risks, may be governed by third-party terms, and may require disclosure where required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to a serious safety concern.
25. International Customers and Mandatory Rights
Offerings may be available in multiple countries, but not every product, feature, payment method, or promotion is available everywhere. We may restrict sales or access where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms or a related policy excludes, restricts, or replaces a mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, cancellation, refund, warranty, or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived in the customer’s location. Where mandatory local law provides greater protection, that protection applies to the extent legally required.
26. Events Outside Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, illness, emergency, war, civil unrest, government action, power or internet outage, cyber incident, hosting failure, or provider disruption. Where reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative delivery method, replacement date, credit, or other appropriate remedy.
27. Informal Resolution and Governing Law
Before beginning formal proceedings, contact [email protected] so the parties can make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter. For a transaction through a payment provider, follow the support or dispute process identified in its receipt, checkout, or applicable buyer terms.
These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal laws of Canada. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the courts of Ontario, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdictional protections in the customer’s location.
28. Changes, Severability, and Electronic Records
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively unless an immediate change is reasonably required for security, technical, or legal reasons. The terms agreed at purchase continue to govern that purchase; this revision does not retroactively reduce a customer’s agreed refund, credit, or access rights. Mandatory legal rights remain protected.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
Electronic checkbox acceptance, payment authorization, order confirmation, and electronic communications may be used as evidence of an agreement. Customers should retain their order confirmation and the terms presented or linked at checkout.
