It applies to drrameet.com, website forms, customer accounts and course areas, digital products and programs, personal program coaching/mentorship inquiries and services, workshops and events, speaking inquiries, email subscriptions, free resources, and other pages or services that link to this Policy.

3. Personal Information We May Collect
3.1 Contact and Identity Information
We may collect a name, email address, billing address, country, province or region, postal or ZIP code, company or organization, social-media information voluntarily submitted, and information provided through contact, application, registration, or support forms.
3.2 Purchase and Transaction Information
We may collect the offering purchased, order number, purchase date, price, currency, tax amount, payment status, installment schedule, refund or cancellation history, chargeback or dispute information, billing details, and limited information supplied by the payment provider such as card type and final digits.
We generally do not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers or security codes. Full payment details are processed by the checkout, Merchant of Record, or other payment provider.
3.3 Tax and Location Information
To calculate or administer taxes, prevent fraud, support payment processing, or determine regional availability, we and our providers may collect billing country and address, province or region, postal or ZIP code, Internet Protocol address, payment-method country, business tax number, location inferred from transaction data, and tax-exemption information.
3.4 Account and Program Information
We may collect usernames and account identifiers, login history, enrollment and access dates, course progress, lesson completion, download activity, membership status, and technical-support history.
When you write in a program lesson journal, your entries are saved to your signed-in member account on our website. Other members cannot view these entries through their accounts. Authorized site administrators and service providers may have technical access to stored entries for hosting, maintenance, security, and support. Downloading an entry creates a separate file on your device; access to that file is controlled by your device and file-sharing settings.
3.5 Personal Program Coaching/Mentorship and Inquiry Information
When you inquire about or participate in personal program coaching/mentorship offered only to support the True Feminine Rising digital program, we may collect information you share about personal or professional goals, relationships, emotional difficulties, reflective experiences, life transitions, personal-development priorities, program mentorship progress, scheduling, attendance, and related communications.
Personal program coaching/mentorship offers non-clinical support for understanding and applying the True Feminine Rising teachings. It is an optional add-on purchased separately, and is not included in the digital-program package. Session discussions and any notes are treated as private, subject to necessary service-provider access, your consent, and legal or safety-related disclosures described in this Policy. Program Mentorship sessions, automated transcription, and AI meeting assistants require a separate agreed written consent process before recording or transcription. Offerings purchased through this website are non-clinical program mentorship and educational services.
3.6 Communications and User Content
We may retain emails, support messages, program mentorship correspondence, refund or cancellation requests, billing communications, survey responses, feedback, complaints, speaking or event inquiries, testimonials, reviews, images, videos, and other content you choose to provide.
We will obtain appropriate permission before publicly using a name, image, testimonial, or identifying personal story for marketing.
3.7 Technical and Usage Information
We or our providers may collect an Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate geographic region, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, dates and times, session duration, cookie or advertising identifiers, error logs, and security information.
We do not intentionally use full-session recording technology to record visitors’ complete website sessions.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- process purchases and administer applicable taxes;
- create accounts and deliver digital products or program access;
- provide personal program coaching/mentorship services and schedule sessions;
- send receipts, confirmations, login instructions, and service communications;
- respond to inquiries and provide customer or technical support;
- administer payment plans, failed payments, refunds, credits, or cancellations;
- prevent fraud, unauthorized sharing, and security incidents;
- operate, analyze, secure, and improve the website and offerings;
- measure advertising or marketing where permitted;
- send promotional communications where consent or another lawful basis exists;
- maintain accounting, tax, legal, insurance, and contractual records;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
- protect customers, the business, systems, and legal rights.
5. Consent and Other Legal Bases
Depending on the circumstances and location, we may process information with consent, to perform a contract or take requested steps before a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, for legitimate business interests, to prevent fraud or protect security, to protect vital interests, or to establish or defend legal claims.
Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn subject to legal, contractual, and technical limitations. We aim to make important information about collection, purposes, and disclosures clear at the point where a person makes a decision, rather than relying only on this Policy.
6. Separate Digital and Program Mentorship Payment Providers
Blink is the Merchant of Record for digital-program purchases processed through Blink. Blink handles payment, applicable tax, receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, compliance and billing information for those transactions under its own buyer terms and privacy policy, identified at checkout. We receive the transaction and customer information needed to verify payment, provide program access and support, and manage the agreed payment plan.
The six-session personal program coaching/mentorship add-on is purchased directly from Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc. and paid through Stripe as our payment processor, separately from the digital-program Merchant of Record. For program mentorship billing we and Stripe may process identity and contact details, billing address, tax information, payment status, selected plan and authorization, transaction identifiers, and refund or dispute records. Stripe processes full card details; we generally receive only limited payment information and transaction records.
If you select a program mentorship installment plan, Stripe may securely retain a payment method to process the scheduled charges you authorize. We retain records needed to administer that plan, your policy acceptance, sessions, cancellations, and any approved credit or refund. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for its handling of personal information.
Program Mentorship discussion notes and detailed personal histories are not required for payment processing. Do not put medical records or sensitive program mentorship details into a payment form. We limit disclosures to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, including responding to a dispute or legal obligation.
A financing provider, if offered, may independently assess identity, fraud risk, eligibility, creditworthiness, and repayment under its own policy and agreement.
7. Other Service Providers
We may use providers for website hosting and backups, WordPress operation, membership or course delivery, checkout, payment and tax administration, customer relationship management, transactional and promotional email, video meetings and hosting, cloud storage, website security, CAPTCHA or bot prevention, analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, accounting, legal services, insurance, and professional consulting.
Depending on the features enabled, providers may include WordPress, WooCommerce, FunnelKit, Stripe, Google, Meta, YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, Cloudflare, reCAPTCHA, LearnDash, Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, email and customer-relationship providers, cookie-consent providers, and other technology vendors. The active provider list may change as the website is updated.
8. Communications
8.1 Transactional and Service Communications
We may send messages reasonably necessary to confirm a purchase, deliver access, send receipts, provide security or account notices, schedule sessions, respond to inquiries, address failed payments, explain important service changes, or complete a requested transaction. These are not optional promotional subscriptions.
8.2 Promotional Communications
We may send promotional email when you expressly subscribe, request a free resource through a form that clearly states promotional email is included, select an optional marketing-consent box, or applicable law otherwise permits it.
An ordinary support request, contact form, or program mentorship inquiry does not by itself constitute express marketing consent. Promotional communications identify the sender and include an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary purchase, account, billing, or service messages.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose information:
- to providers working for us or independently providing checkout, payment, Merchant of Record, tax, financing, hosting, email, course, video, analytics, or security services;
- when you request or authorize disclosure;
- to process or complete a transaction;
- to comply with law, a court order, or a regulatory request;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, payment disputes, or security incidents;
- to protect safety, legal rights, property, and systems;
- to lawyers, accountants, insurers, and professional advisers; or
- in connection with a merger, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some regional laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as “sharing” or “selling.” Where applicable, required consent or opt-out controls will be provided.
10. International Processing
Our business is located in Canada. Providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other countries. Information outside your country may be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of that location. Where required, we will use appropriate contractual, consent, organizational, and technical safeguards.
11. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, complete purchases, support customers, maintain tax and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, address payment disputes, meet legal or insurance obligations, and protect our rights.
Periods vary by information type and purpose. Information no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of, subject to backup cycles and legal retention duties.
12. Safeguards and Privacy Incidents
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, which may include password controls, restricted access, secure payment processing, encryption where supported, software updates, backups, fraud prevention, and provider agreements. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If a privacy or security incident occurs, we may investigate, mitigate, document, and notify affected individuals or authorities where required by law.
13. Privacy Rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to ask whether we hold your information, request access or correction, request deletion, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, unsubscribe from marketing, and complain to a privacy authority.
Rights may be limited where information must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, contractual, or dispute purposes. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify identity before responding.
Individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may, where applicable, have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
14. Age Restriction
Paid programs and program mentorship services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer paid services to children or knowingly collect information from children through the purchase process. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 has submitted personal information.
15. Third-Party Links
The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, social networks, videos, payment providers, and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their privacy or security practices.
16. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed through a device. Similar technologies may include pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage, software development kits, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers. They may help the website function, remember preferences, process payments, prevent fraud, analyze use, and measure advertising.
16.1 Essential Cookies
Essential technologies may support security, navigation, shopping cart and checkout, account login, course access, payment processing, fraud prevention, tax calculation, cookie-consent preferences, and load balancing. They may be associated with WordPress, WooCommerce, FunnelKit, Stripe, hosting and security providers, or the cookie-consent system. They may remain active because the requested service cannot function properly without them.
16.2 Preference Cookies
Preference technologies may remember language, region, display and accessibility settings, login or video preferences, and cookie selections.
16.3 Analytics Cookies
Analytics may help us understand visitor counts, pages viewed, traffic sources, time on pages, navigation patterns, technical errors, device types, and sales-page performance. Providers may include Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, or another enabled analytics service. Where required, analytics will not activate before consent.
16.4 Advertising, Affiliate, and Email Tracking
Advertising or affiliate technologies may measure campaigns, create audiences, display relevant promotions, retarget visitors, limit frequency, attribute purchases, and record referral partners or qualifying purchases. Providers may include Google Ads, Meta, affiliate platforms, or other enabled services.
Email and customer-relationship providers may measure whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked. Recipients may unsubscribe from promotional communications.
Where required, advertising, affiliate, and other non-essential tracking will not activate before consent.
16.5 Payment, Tax, and Fraud Technologies
Merchant of Record, payment, tax, and fraud-prevention providers may use cookies or related technologies to process transactions, recognize devices, prevent fraud, support digital wallets, secure checkout, determine location, and calculate or administer applicable tax. The active provider depends on the checkout used.
16.6 Embedded Content
Pages may contain content from YouTube, Vimeo, social-media, audio, video-meeting, or other third-party providers. They may receive technical information or place cookies when content loads. Where required, non-essential embedded content will remain blocked until consent.
17. Cookie Consent and Your Choices
Where consent is required, visitors will be offered two clear choices: accept all optional cookies or reject all optional cookies. Essential cookies remain active because they are required for core site functions. Optional cookies remain disabled unless accepted, and rejection is as accessible as acceptance.
You may withdraw or change consent using the persistent Cookie Settings link in the website footer. Most browsers also allow cookies or local storage to be deleted, blocked, restricted, or reported. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout, login, membership access, video functions, or payment processing from operating correctly.
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no single universally applied standard, the website may not respond uniformly to every signal. Regional consent or opt-out controls will be used where required.
18. Cookie Duration and Current Declaration
Cookies may be session cookies, which normally expire when a browser closes, or persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period or until deleted. The consent tool, provider documentation, or active website scan may provide additional details such as cookie name, provider, purpose, category, duration, and first- or third-party status.
Current major technology groups may include:
- dr_cookie_consent_v1 — first-party essential cookie used to store cookie choices and consent version, for up to approximately 180 days.
- WordPress — first-party login, security, account, course-access, and preference technologies; duration varies from a session to longer account or preference periods.
- WooCommerce and FunnelKit — cart, checkout, customer-session, order, security, and attribution technologies. Essential checkout functions may remain active; analytics or marketing attribution is controlled by consent where required and technically available.
- Stripe and digital-wallet technologies — secure payment, fraud prevention, and checkout functions; duration is set by the provider.
- Blink — digital-program Merchant of Record — provides digital-program checkout, payment, applicable tax, receipts, refunds and fraud-prevention services. Its checkout may use Stripe payment technologies. Direct personal program coaching/mentorship payments use Stripe separately; Stripe payment and fraud-prevention technologies are described above.
- LearnDash — course access, learning progress, and account functions; duration varies by feature.
- Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, and FunnelKit Automations — form submission, customer communication, transactional email, and marketing automation; category and duration depend on use.
- Cloudflare — security, performance, email protection, and analytics where enabled; category and duration depend on the service.
- Embedded and marketing providers — YouTube, Vimeo, Google, Meta, social-media, or affiliate technologies where enabled and permitted by consent.
Technologies change when plugins, checkout providers, analytics, advertising, video, or other services are added, removed, or updated. The website should be rescanned after material technology changes, and the consent tool and this declaration should be updated as appropriate.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, website tools, checkout or Merchant of Record providers, legal obligations, or privacy practices. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, customer account, or email where appropriate.
