1. Scope and Important Legal Rights
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital courses and products, audio products, ebooks, downloads, separately purchased personal program coaching/mentorship, and related offerings supplied by Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc.
A sales page, checkout, invoice, proposal, or specific written agreement may contain additional or different rules for an offering. Nothing in this Policy limits a non-waivable consumer, refund, cancellation, warranty, chargeback, or other statutory right.
2. Separate Payment and Refund Responsibilities
Digital-program purchases and the optional six-session personal program coaching/mentorship add-on are separate transactions. Private program coaching/mentorship is available only as direct support for the True Feminine Rising digital program. We do not offer separate coaching outside support for this program. Blink is the Merchant of Record for digital purchases processed through Blink. Its buyer terms and refund process apply to those transactions, including its authority to decide refunds under those terms and applicable law.
Personal program coaching/mentorship is purchased directly from Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc. with a separate payment through Stripe as our payment processor. The digital-program Merchant of Record does not sell, bill, or administer refunds for this program mentorship purchase.
For program mentorship billing, cancellation, credit, or refund requests, email [email protected]. We review and administer program mentorship requests and submit approved monetary refunds through Stripe against the original program mentorship payment. You retain any applicable bank, card-network, payment-provider, and statutory dispute rights.
Cancelling program mentorship does not automatically cancel a separate digital purchase or its valid installments, and a digital refund does not automatically cancel program mentorship. Any mandatory rights concerning linked agreements remain unaffected.
3. Review Before Purchase
Before purchasing, review the offering description, price, currency, taxes, payment option and schedule, digital-access terms, refund rules, session or event deadlines, cancellation requirements, and technical requirements.
4. Digital Programs and Products
Digital programs and products—including Goddess Power Energetics, True Feminine Rising, prerecorded classes, audio meditations, ebooks, and downloadable resources—are final sale and non-refundable once payment has been completed or authorized and digital access has been issued.
We do not offer voluntary refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits for the digital-product portion after access is issued. Choosing not to log in, participate, download, use, or complete a program does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
A refund or other remedy may be available where required by law, where there is a duplicate or unauthorized charge, where access cannot be provided, where a material technical problem cannot reasonably be corrected, where the product materially differs from its description, or where the Merchant of Record or Company approves an exception.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period for digital content, the checkout may ask the customer to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge how access, downloading, or streaming affects that right. This does not remove a mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Program-Specific Digital Purchases
Goddess Power Energetics, True Feminine Rising, and other digital programs are final sale and non-refundable after digital access is issued, subject only to the exceptions in Section 4 that cannot lawfully or operationally be excluded. The price and currency shown at checkout control the purchase.
6. Fixed Installment Plans
A fixed installment plan shown at checkout authorizes the complete payment schedule. Unless the checkout expressly says otherwise, it is not a cancel-anytime subscription. Stopping participation or deciding not to continue does not by itself cancel installments already authorized or lawfully due.
If an installment fails, access to the service covered by that payment may be paused, the payment may be retried, updated payment information may be required, and any valid unpaid balance remains due. Any cancellation or payment-plan terms presented for that transaction also apply. Program Mentorship and digital-program balances are handled separately; a program mentorship refund or credit is not applied against a separate digital-program debt.
7. Individual Personal Program Coaching/Mentorship Sessions
Refund requests for eligible unused paid personal program coaching/mentorship sessions are subject to the three-month request period and refund calculation in Section 8.
An individual private session is non-refundable once it has been completed, started, missed, forfeited, late-cancelled, or treated as a no-show, except where required by law or where we approve an exception.
Unless different written terms apply, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without forfeiture. A request received fewer than 24 hours before the scheduled start may be counted as a used session. If a participant arrives late, the session normally ends at its original time; missed time is not added, credited, or refunded.
8. Unused Personal Program Coaching/Mentorship Sessions: Refunds and Credits
Eligible unused paid personal program coaching/mentorship sessions are refundable when a request is submitted within three calendar months of the program mentorship purchase date (the first successful program mentorship payment), subject to the calculation and permitted deductions below. Completed, started, missed, late-cancelled, forfeited, or expired sessions are not eligible, subject to applicable legal rights.
An approved refund is calculated using the purchase value allocated to the eligible unused sessions. Where permitted by applicable law and the payment provider’s terms, we may deduct actual, non-recoverable transaction or card-processing fees attributable to the refunded portion, together with any additional refund-processing or currency-conversion fees actually charged to us by the provider and directly attributable to that refund. A fee already included in another charge will not be counted again. Deductions will not exceed our actual attributable costs or the eligible refund amount. We will provide an itemized calculation showing the eligible session value, each permitted fee deduction, and the net refund. No fixed administrative fee or markup applies, and we will not request a separate payment for these refund costs.
No processing-cost deduction will apply where prohibited by law or where the refund results from our failure to provide the purchased service. These deductions apply only to monetary refunds, not to issuing a program mentorship credit. We do not charge a refund fee merely because Stripe is used; a cost must actually have been charged and be non-recoverable.
You may request a credit for eligible unused paid program mentorship sessions before the seven-month use period ends, including after the three-month voluntary refund window. A credit is subject to written approval and may be used only toward personal program coaching/mentorship supplied directly by Dr. Rameet Love Life Inc., subject to suitability and availability. We will confirm its value and any agreed booking extension or use conditions in writing. It does not automatically extend session booking, transfer to another person, or apply to a Merchant of Record digital purchase. A credit will not replace a monetary refund required by law without your agreement.
9. Gold Goddess: Separate Six-Session Program Mentorship Purchase
Gold Goddess — Personal Program Coaching/Mentorship consists of six private 60-minute virtual sessions with Dr. Rameet Singh that support participants in understanding, integrating, and applying the True Feminine Rising teachings. The sessions offer personal reflection, self-discovery, and guidance related to the program, and are purchased separately from the digital-program package. The program mentorship add-on is not included in the Merchant of Record digital purchase. A combined investment shown on a sales page describes two separate purchases, not a single refundable package.
The program mentorship price, currency, applicable taxes, and full payment-plan total are stated before purchase. The paid-in-full program mentorship price is currently US$1,111; where installments are offered, use the full program mentorship total agreed for the selected plan. Do not use the price of the separate digital program when calculating a program mentorship refund or credit.
All six sessions must be completed within seven calendar months of the first successful program mentorship payment. Later installments do not restart this period. Sessions not used by then expire for booking unless a written extension or credit arrangement is approved. Requests for a credit should be submitted before that deadline. Mandatory legal rights and approved written accommodations remain unaffected.
Voluntary monetary refund requests for eligible unused sessions must be submitted within three calendar months of the first successful program mentorship payment. Later refunds may be approved as an exception or required by law. Credit requests during the seven-month use period follow Section 8.
9.1 Separate digital program.
The digital purchase and its agreed installments remain separate. Its refund eligibility is governed by Section 4 and any applicable Merchant of Record terms; buying or cancelling program mentorship does not change those terms.
9.2 Sessions already used.
Completed, started, missed, late-cancelled, or forfeited sessions are not eligible for a voluntary refund or credit, except where we approve an exception or law requires otherwise.
9.3 Sessions still unused.
Eligible unused sessions are valued proportionally, whether you have used none, one, two, or more of the six. A customer may receive a refund or an approved credit for the eligible value, not both for the same sessions.
9.4 Calculation.
Multiply the program mentorship total agreed at purchase, before tax, by the number of eligible unused sessions and divide by six. For a US$1,111 paid-in-full purchase, five unused sessions have a value of US$925.83 and three have a value of US$555.50, before any permitted refund-cost deductions. Calculate from the full total and round only the final amount to the nearest cent. Make any required tax adjustment for the refunded portion.
For an installment purchase, first reduce the valid remaining program mentorship obligation by the eligible cancelled-session value. Refund only money already paid above the revised program mentorship obligation, less the permitted actual deductions in Section 8. We will confirm the revised balance and arrange any necessary adjustment to remaining program mentorship charges. An unpaid session value is not paid out as cash or issued as a paid credit. No amount is applied against the separate digital-program purchase.
9.5 Rescheduling.
You may have up to three future program mentorship appointments booked at once. Up to three rescheduling requests are penalty-free when each is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Later requests may result in forfeiture; additional rescheduling may be declined or counted as used. Genuine emergencies may be reviewed individually.
10. Cancellation by Dr. Rameet Singh
If Dr. Rameet Singh cancels a private session, the customer will be offered a replacement appointment without penalty. If replacement is not reasonably possible, we will refund the unused value of the affected session, or provide a credit if the customer chooses. This also applies if we end program mentorship because it is unsuitable or we cannot provide the remaining purchased sessions; the ordinary three-month request limit does not prevent this remedy. No processing-cost deduction applies where the refund results from our failure to provide the purchased service.
11. Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances
A customer may request a courtesy exception for a medical emergency, serious illness, death in the immediate family, natural disaster, severe weather, significant travel disruption, or another exceptional circumstance.
Possible accommodations include rescheduling, a deadline extension, credit, waiver of a cancellation consequence, partial or full refund, or reduction or waiver of a permitted processing-cost deduction. Exceptions are discretionary, reasonable supporting information may be requested, and approval in one case does not guarantee approval in another.
12. Non-Transferability
Digital access, workshops, sessions, packages, installment arrangements, and event registrations are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred without written approval.
13. How to Request Help, Cancellation, or Refund
For program help, cancellation of eligible unused personal program coaching/mentorship sessions, or a refund or credit request, first email [email protected]. Include your full name, purchase email, order number, offering, purchase date, requested remedy, and reason. For unused-session refunds, submit your request within three calendar months of the first successful program mentorship payment. For a program mentorship credit, submit your request during the seven-month use period. Identify which remedy you are requesting.
We review the request, confirm the eligible session value and any permitted fee deductions, and initiate an approved refund through the provider that processed the purchase. If your receipt, order page, or applicable Merchant of Record customer terms directs you to a separate support or refund process, you may also use that process. Contacting us first does not limit a mandatory legal right or the Merchant of Record’s authority to review or issue a refund under its applicable terms.
14. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are submitted through the Merchant of Record or payment provider that processed the original purchase. The refund destination and available refund methods follow that provider’s rules for the original transaction. We will provide the approved refund amount and confirmation when the refund has been submitted.
The time for funds to appear depends on the provider, card issuer or bank, original payment method, currency, and any financing provider. We do not guarantee a specific number of processing days. Applicable taxes and currency handling follow the original transaction, the provider’s system and terms, and applicable law. Any deduction from the eligible unused-session refund is limited to the actual permitted costs described in Section 8.
15. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces a mandatory consumer-protection, refund, cancellation, warranty, chargeback, or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.
This revision applies to new purchases and does not retroactively reduce refund, credit, or other contractual rights agreed for an earlier purchase.
